New Ford Fiesta ECOnetic Van

The New Ford Fiesta ECOnetic Van can be called as Britain’s greenest van:

Ford comes out with new surprises almost every time. Ford Fiesta Van ECOnetic makes a striking appearance with its stylish get up and a support to green cause. What could be a better option for green lovers.

The Ford Fiesta Van ECOnetic gets green credentials. This has been passed on from Ford cars to vans.  So this ECOnetic van is promising when seen from the perspective of global warming. This Ford Van has special features such as lowered suspension, low rolling resistance tyres and a new calibrated Duratorq 1.6 litre TDC for controlling the emission of CO2 that is only 98g/km.

The director of commercial vehicles, Steve Kimber at Ford says, “The low running costs of the ECOnetic van will compel people to choose the ‘green’ car and will be a great package.” This new Ford van will be a mind turner as it will use 35 gallons less fuel for over 12,450 miles. This will be a great cost-effective approach that will induce savings. The van also comes with a beautiful gear shift-indicator light.

Aerodynamics has been implemented for better results and better mileage. The Duratorq engines are specially manufactured at the Ford’s Dagenham Diesel Centre that has two power turbines. Added to this Ford is also reducing the emission of CO2 by almost 19,000 tones per year. This is achieved by Ford’s initiative to utilize renewable electricity for its full electric power supply.

If you are thinking that it follows the age old look of those big vans, then Ford Fiesta would definitely seem something unconventional. It is just as good looking as the car and is user-friendly too. All this has been packaged for you for only for £11,635. For a bigger experience, the Ford ECOnetic league has Mondeo, Focus, Fiesta as well as Transit.
