As the Brussels Motor Show is ready to raise the curtains on January 13, 2010, Ford of Europe will launch two of its most magnificent versions of top-selling S-Max as well as Galaxy. These two versions are getting unveiled with lush interiors, better powertarins, driver friendly technology and will offer more comfort. The Executive Vice President and Chairman & CEO of Ford, Europe, John Fleming exclaims, “We’ve given both models a fresh new look and more premium appeal, but it is beneath the skin that the major changes have been made”.

S-Max and Galaxy are first of its kind in European Ford models as Fleming says, “benefit from our global EcoBoost family of direct-injection, turbocharged, petrol engines delivering more power and performance from a lower displacement power plant, yet with impressive fuel economy and low CO2 emissions.” Both these cars are making their way with a special Blind Spot Information System.
Ford’s new S-Max and Galaxy has been designed carefully for enriching the user’s experience on road. More emphasis has been put on more safety and comfort along with distinctive outside features. Silver rails and LED lights adds a zing to the get up of these Ford cars. When it is about interiors, both S-max and Galaxy have a standard Ford FoldFlatSystem and comfortable third row of seats. The S-Max has a multifunctional overhead console for stowage, a great sunglass holder and a cute child-watch mirror along with a one-piece panorama roof with powerful sun blinds.
Both S-Max and Galaxy are the first vehicles to have 2.0 liter Ford EcoBoost SCTi engine and is a breakthrough in Ford’s development of petrol engine. Catering to the comfort zone, there is a special climate regulation system that comes with a customized ventilated temperature and humidity sensor placed on the steering column. So it is all a new enthralling ride if you take a drive with Ford’s S-Max and Galaxy that is yet to come. “S-MAX and Galaxy were the first Ford vehicles to include elements of our ‘kinetic design’ styling theme,” added John Fleming from Ford.
